Pellet is one of the main raw material of blast furnace iron making,as concentrate,the stable quality of pellets for blast furnace production plays a key role.Ingredient as the source of the pellet production,is an important process of pellet production,its quality is directly related to production efficiency and production quality of pellets.Because there are more kinds of pelletizing raw materials,the ingredient changes with the supply channel,the proportion of material also changes according to the requirements of production at any time,the variety,grade,granularity,moisture of the material and the change of temperature,humidity of their environment,will seriously affect the cutting precision,fluctuations in serious will affect the blast furnace iron making.Therefore,the batching system is very important to improve the quality of pellets.With the contradiction between resources more and more outstanding,the varieties of powder for pellet production are increasing,and they bring very great difficulty on operating the ingredients,the manual operation is difficult to obtain the optimal proportion,because of the limited number of concentrate bin,each bin feeding batches of at least 2 batch of above.When a batch is empty,it is needed to not only recalculate the ingredients ofgrade,but also focus on the material variety,granularity,moisture effectively,the manual calculation is quite complicated,frequent fluctuation during the ingredients.Therefore a set of ingredients auxiliary optimization system is proposed,for improving the defects of the ingredients function in the current system,the target is to implement the intelligence and automation of the batching system.Based on the analysis of batching process,.NET and SQL database are used to design and implement a comprehensive optimization system of auxiliary ingredients.(1)The system can realize the hierarchical control and processing for the quality of concentrate.In connection with the existing batching system,it can realize the optimal control of ingredients according to the pellet quality requirements and silo state,optimization scheme.(2)The system can calculate the ratio of material by using the method of linear programming after confirming the optimization,it is then fed back to the automatic control system,the workers can get freedom from the complicated operation process,and the guidance adjustment suggestion is given automatically,which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.(3)Through the establishment of a database,each adjustment changes are recorded and professional can trace the origin of the pellet quality fluctuation conveniently.Since the Pellet ingredients aided optimization system was put into operation,it has improved the quality of pellets,by effectively eliminating the quality problems of the proportion fluctuations caused by manual operation,further created the conditions for the blast furnace.The design and realization of the system,is conducive to the in-depth application of field data,and played a good role model for the combination of information and automation.
