The long-term stable development of a country and the strength of economic strength are closely related to the physical health of the people.However,with the progress of science and technology,the pace of social life is accelerating and material life is becoming more and more variable,and the way of living and the habit of living have undergone remarkable changes in the past.Because of the lack of exercise,the incidence of various diseases is increasing,which seriously affects the national physical fitness and quality of life.In order to promote health and improve the interest of human-computer interaction in equipment fitness,this project is based on Arduino Mega 2560 development board,combines acceleration sensor and gyroscope to track the motion in the process of fitness,establishes wireless Bluetooth communication with mobile phone,and designs a virtual reality technology based on Unity3D engine.The interactive system of boating fitness device brings interesting indoor boating fitness for boating enthusiasts,thus eliminating the psychological fatigue and improving the quality of the boating.This paper describes in detail the process of making a complete virtual reality interactive system for the boating body,analyzes the problems of the halo delay,the occipital distortion,the lens fog and so on,and puts forward the solution from the content design,the algorithm correction,the resource optimization,the material selection and so on.User experience.The research results not only provide technical support for the subsequent somatosensory games to identify complex sports postures,but also provide a reference for the design ideas of virtual reality technology combined with fitness movement.With the development of virtual reality hardware,more virtual reality fitness projects will be integrated into the platform in the future to serve our youth’s fitness programs.
