Research On Virtual Simulation Based On Inkjet Printing Paper Coating

With the development of computer level and new media technology,virtual reality technology(VR)is gradually known by people and applied to all aspects of people’s lives.Virtual reality combines high and new technologies such as computer technology,image processing technology and graphics rendering technology,and uses computers to build a virtual environment with high reality.With the help of mouse,keyboard and other devices,users can immerse themselves in the environment and interact with the objects in the virtual environment.This topic combines virtual reality technology and coating,and studies coating virtual simulation system based on VR technology.Firstly,research on the background,purpose and significance,development status at home and abroad,and study how to integrate the emerging VR technology into the traditional coating processing process.Secondly,the VR technology system and the selected core technologies are elaborated,and the core modules and advantages of the development tool are analyzed.Then designed the experimental program and the overall framework of system development,and discussed the technical route and development environment of system development.Combined with multimedia technology,multimedia resources such as stickers,3D models and model animations are produced.Using Unity 3D to create virtual reality applications,testing and multi-platform releasing,and finally completed the development of coating virtual simulation system.This topic uses three-dimensional modeling technology to build experimental instrument models,uses image rendering technology to increase the ray tracing effects such as reflection and refraction in the scene,uses human-computer interaction technology to manage the UI interface,realizes the interactive functions required for coating experiments,and uses normal texture mapping technology enhances the realism of object models.By designing a virtual reality application system,not only the text introduction,3D model display,and virtual assembly functions are realized,but also the coating virtual experiment operation function is realized through the mouse and keyboard.The coating virtual simulation system constructed in this paper can enable students to study basic theoretical knowledge and practice actual combat experiments in an immersive virtual environment.The use of virtual reality technology increases the immersion and interaction of the system.This brand-new interactive experience enables students to focus more attention,improves their learning interest and learning efficiency.It strengthens the students’ ability of actual combat experiment.
