The Chinese discourse of ecological environment has been in a weak position in the discourse system of global environmental governance.The noise of " theory of Chinese environmental threat " has been on the rise in some western countries.In China,the strong appeal to the living environment is in sharp contrast with the lack of ecological consciousness.The existing ecological discourse system can not meet the new demands of the people.Under such a background,the necessity of constructing the discourse system of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is constantly highlighted.The discourse system of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics plays an important role in enhancing international discourse power and improving international influence.It plays an important role in cohering public awareness of environmental protection and educating the public protection ecology in the nation.Constructing the discourse system of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is in favor of promoting the Chinese discourse status in the discourse system of global environmental governance,is in favor of promoting public awareness of ecological protection and then promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China.This paper taking discourse as the breakthrough point,introducing the linguistic concept about discourse into the perspective of the research of ecological civilization,and then explores and researches on constructing the discourse system of the socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.The research of this paper begins with the structure of constructing the discourse system of ecological civilization,which is the theoretical basis for constructing the discourse system of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics,and also a difficult point in this paper.In exploring the structure of the discourse system of ecological civilization,the first thing is to study and define the intension of discourse and discourse system,and then to study and analyze the relationship between the discourse system of ecological civilization and the theoretical system of ecological civilization,and then put forward the structure of the discourse system of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.The directions.The paper sorts out the discourse resources of ecological civilization from four aspects,including the ecological discourse of Marx and Engels,the ecological discourse of Chinese traditional culture,the ecological discourse of western related theory,the ecological discourse of Chinese Communists in the practice of ecological civilization.These ecological discourse resources will form the discourse content of ecological civilization through selecting and transforming.Based on discourse theory and ecological civilization theory,this paper puts forward the construction principles of the discourse system of ecological civilization.Constructing the discourse system of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is a dynamic process,which is constantly promoting the popularization of the Chinese ecological civilization theory,and is based on China’s national conditions and the characteristics of the times.This paper concluded that we should adhere to the four principles,including standpoint,nationality,openness and popularization.Finally,based on discourse theory,this paper puts forward five strategies for constructing the discourse system of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of discourse.We can accomplish the concept of ecological civilization discourse is improved through the innovating the ecological theory and discourse theory.We can accomplish the content of ecological civilization discourse is filled through transforming discourse resources to discourse content.We can accomplish the expression of ecological civilization discourse is converted through changing the dialogue mechanism.We can accomplish the platform of ecological civilization discourse is expanded through spreading discourse Multi-channel.We can accomplish the tension of ecological civilization discourse is enhanced through practicing the ecological practice.Finally,creating an innovative and interactive dynamic discourse system.In a word,research on constructing the discourse system of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is of great strategic significance for building the socialist cause in China.The research based on discourse theory can provides a new perspective and new thinking for constructing the discourse system of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.
