A safety management information system of matching and supporting the intrinsic safetymanagement system efficiently is urgent need for construction of an intrinsic safe coal mineand implementation of the intrinsic safety management system. Through the investigation andanalysis, based on the comprehensive analysis of existed research results of the safetymanagement information system, studied on constructing coal mine intrinsic safetymanagement information system.On the basis of researching the basic principles and method of Bayesian networks,according to the characteristics of hazards in coal mine, discussed the way to build a Bayesiannetwork structure, expressed the causal relationship among risk factors of the incident byBayesian network to research the method of applying probabilistic reasoning to risk analysisand evaluation of hazards in coal mine, and established a mathematical model. The results ofexample analysis show that it is an efficient and efficient method and very suitable for hazardrisk analysis and evaluation in coal mine.Through the analysis of 4 elements safety production factor in coal mine, the human,machine, environment and management, constructed safety evaluation index system in coalmine. On the basis of researching the method of empowering and the method ofcomprehensive evaluation, choose entropy method and gray system comprehensive evaluationmethods which are suitable for intrinsic safe evaluation in coal mine to construct grey systemcomprehensive evaluation model combined with entropy method. The results of exampleanalysis show that it a method of good feasibility and practicality.Based on the system safety analysis and evaluation model established, designedframework of the coal mine intrinsic safety management information system, using theMicrosoft.NET development platform to achieve the development of the core part of the coal mine safety management information system, the research for coal mine intrinsic safetymanagement information system is completed by comprehensively applying informationtechnology, safety science and technology and systems engineering principles, it provides away to building the information platform for intrinsic safety management in coal mine, so ithas great significance to informationization research of intrinsic safety management in coalmine.
