Analysis Of The Influencing Factors On Construction Quality Of The Natural Gas Pipeline Project

With the development of social economy in our country,the mileage of new natural gas pipelines is increasing rapidly,followed by the quality problems in the pipeline construction.The quality problems of the pipeline construction are not only leading to the delay of the construction project planning,the potential danger in the utilization process,but also bring the waste of funds and the loss of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the quality of the pipeline construction,and then take reasonable measures to control them.Based on the example of the Jin-Jin high-pressure natural gas project,This paper analyze the influencing factors of natural gas pipeline construction quality,and puts forward the solution and quality control effect.Firstly,this paper reviews related literature.The paper not only described the principles and characteristics of the construction quality control of the natural gas pipeline at home and abroad,but also summarizes and reviews the common factors of construction quality control of natural gas project at home and abroad,such as personnel factors,management factors,material factors and so on.This pave the way for the following influencing factors analysis.Secondly,the paper use the method of questionnaire to further analysis the factors discussed above.We issued questionnaires mainly for the project manager,project supervision,construction personnel.500 questionnaires were distributed and 430 valid questionnaires were collected.Thirdly,using the method of judgment matrix,we use yaahp6.0 and Excel to deal with the data in the questionnaire,and get the importance degree of each influencing factor.Fourthly,Depending on the degree of importance,the combination of management measures and technical management measures is used.For the five elements,such as welding technology,building materials,construction management,personnel quality management,anti-corrosion issues,given the impact of each of the quality control measures.Finally,in order to achieve the purpose of guiding the application of the project,the quality control measures are applied to Jin-Jin high pressure natural gas project.
