Investigation On The VOCs Emission Sources Of Key Industries In Wenzhou And Its Regulatory Measures

Volatile organic matter(VOCs)is an important source of air pollution in Wenzhou City,polluting enterprises a wide range of wide,extensive pollutants,complex components,environmental hazards,governance difficult,more difficult to control.Investigation of the emission of volatile organic compounds in key industries in Wenzhou is an important foundation for the effective supervision and administration of environmental protection administrative departments.This article has established 11 key industries VOCs emission from Wenzhou Chemical Industry(Petrochemical),Painting,Synthetic Leather,Printing and Packaging,Textile Printing and Dyeing,Rubber and Plastic Products,Wood,Footwear,Chemical Fiber,Storage and Transportation,Electronic Information Source database.Investigate 746 polluting enterprises,accounting for key industries VOCs emissions 19498.2 tons,to determine the focus of VOCs emissions of 24 enterprises.Through the investigation and study,screening Wenzhou key VOCs emission enterprises,identified the key regulatory object.Aiming at the key pollutant discharge enterprises,the whole process of controlling the volatile organic matter with the source abatement and the process control as the key of supervision and taking into account the end governance is put forward.Play the role of the main business,strengthen policy support to guide enterprises to promote the implementation of raw materials and clean production and technological transformation,improve the level of cleaner production,and promote green transformation and upgrading of the industry.The results of this study provide the basic data for the information construction of VOCs polluting enterprises in Wenzhou,and provide the basis for the formulation of long-term policies for environmental and administrative supervision of all levels of government and environmental protection administrative departments.
