Presently,with the rapid development of modern industry,the requirement of production gets higher and higher,the same with the quality of cold rolled strip.However,It is impossible to improve the production and quality of cold rolled strip only relaying on experience,so a reasonable rolling schedule is the key to this problem.The distribution of cold tandem rolling is the core of cold rolling schedule,which is a complex technical problem to cold rolling production.By the rapid development of computer technology in modern society,it's a new chapter to solve complicating load distribution problems based on human intelligence.Based on the basis of production technology,the basic structure and parameters of five-stand tandem cold rolling and the analysis of various mathematical model of rolling process,the appropriate mathematical model of cold tandem rolling process and the objectives function of load distribution are suggested in this thesis.Then,It is optimized based on PSO algorithm.PSO algorithm,a typical swarm intelligence algorithm and applied widely,reflects the good effect on many complex optimization problems.The MOPSO algorithm based on adaptive height factor is proposed,according to the research of basic multi-objective particle swarm algorithm and the analysis of improvement.Besides,an external file in the algorithm is established to store every generation of optimal particles.Compared with other typical algorithm,It is confirmed that the improving MOPSO algorithm can effectively solve local optimization and reasonably convergence to the real optimal frontier through simulation by using ZDT series test.Applying HF-MOPSO to cold rolling load distribution,the comparison between the optimized results in accord with the distribution and traditional experience allocation method shows that the former reflects obvious advantages on the load of each rack balancement,energy consumption reduction and product quality improvement.
