Nowadays,with the continuous development of industry,the application of polymer in production and processing is becoming more and more extensive..A single polymer can no longer be used directly,but it can be modified by adding some additives in the polymer,so as to get new polymer materials that meet various requirements.The process of material modification is actually the process of material mixing.In this process,the effect of material mixing will directly affect its performance and service life,and the rotor as the core part of mixing equipment will have a significant impact on the mixing result of materials.So this paper studies the small experimental(50ml)rotor,and the specific work is as follows:Firstly,mixing mechanism based on asynchronous rotor mixer,the mechanical analysis of the asynchronous Roller type rotor is carried out,then the physical model of the rotor with different parameter values is established and processed,and the mathematical models and finite element models of the rotor were also established.Secondly,the Polyflow fluid simulation software is used to simulate the three-dimensional flow field in the pressure field,velocity field,viscosity field,shear rate field and mixing index field in the rotor mixing process,the variation of each rotor in the characteristic line is compared and solved under different parameters,combined with the mechanism of rotor mixing,the influence of the change of each parameter on the axial cycle capacity and mixing effect in the process of material mixing is further analyzed.Finally,experimental study on the mixer rotor with different parameters of processing production,combining the fluid simulation results further analysis shows that the rotor shape parameters in this paper,mixer rotor edge spiral angle and the rotor material on the axial circulation and mixing effect will be better as for the rotor,the wedge angle,the wedge angle of the rotor has little effect on different material axial circulation ability,and the wedge angle range,the wedge angle is smaller,the better the effect of mixing material.
