Laser cutting technology has been applied in many projects,which has many advantages,including good cutting quality,fast cutting speed,small heat affected area,less pollution.With the development of laser technology,the application field of laser cutting is more and more extensive,and it is becoming more and more on complex surface,so it is a great significance to study the equipment and research of laser cutting on complex surface.In this paper,laser cutting are discussed and analyzed on principle,advantages,mechanism and the other machining methods comparison in their engineering.This paper designs an actuator of the laser cutting which can be divided into A,C two free rotation axis,and the accuracy of optical transmission and servo system with plane machine X,Y,Z direction.Cut the work piece with a complex surface space by dynamics simulation.Calculation of supersonic nozzle is combined with the analysis of aerodynamics.This paper expounds the laser categories and related characteristics and selection.Then ANSYS finite element simulation is carried out by replacing the complex curve segment with the complex surface.In this model,Gauss heat source and birth and death units are loaded into workbench by APDL programming,and it is realized that the simulation of cutting track along complex curved surface and removing process of metal melting by heating.Finally,it is found that the sharp angle of the complex curve segment is the largest in terms of the absorption of heat per unit time,with the maximum temperature and thermal effects,the slowest temperature gradient,the most obvious burning phenomenon,and the larger temperature in the arc segment.Compared with the obtuse angle,the cooling temperature decreases faster,and the temperature gradient drops faster,and the cutting quality is better.When the cutting speed is reduced,and the thickness of carbon steel work piece plate is reduced,the increase of heating heat per unit time along the complex cutting track causes the whole temperature field of the work piece to be increased and the burning is more obvious,thus best cutting thickness and velocity of this equipment is confirmed.This paperprovides a theoretical basis for further analysis and optimization of laser cutting to improve cutting quality.
