The fire detection and alarm system is mainly composed of fire detectors and fire alarm controllers.It can detect and automatically alarm fires and is an important part of modern fire protection,which directly affects personal and property safety.Therefore,it is urgent and vital to study the reliability of fire detection and alarm system.This article introduces the research progress and basic reliability theory of reliability both in China and other countries.At the same time,it gives a brief overview of the research progress and status of reliability in the field of detection and alarm systems,and presents problems in the reliability study of fire detection and alarm systems.The research method always learn from other fields,and due to the limitations of the sources of fault data,the application of quantitative methods is relatively limited.Secondly,this article discusses the characteristics of faults and fire alarms in the fire alarm system alarm information,briefly analyzes the statistical principles of fault and fire alarm data,and obtains a fire fault data preprocessing method based on reliability data analysis methods for MTBF.Due to the actual fault data distribution,the reliability of the photoelectric smoke detection alarm system is divided into the first failure time and non-first-failure time to evaluate,and get a composite reliability model.For the photoelectric smoke detector module,which is difficult to obtain the data in life time.The censored life data are used with the parameters of the average lifetime and the failure rate under the dynamic.The constructed reliability assessment model was applied to several projects.Since the maintenance method could not be determined,the exponential distribution is considered.The first failure time was performed in no replacement type-? censored,alternative type-? censored,no replacement type-?censored,and alternative type-? censored.The reliability relationship between the system and the loop can be gained by using reliability distribution method.The advantages and disadvantages of pre-maintenance and preventive maintenance are briefly introduced.The reliability model obtained in the previous article is used to determine the maintenance methods through cost balance.According to the actual maintenance effect,the influencing factors of the speed increase of the next preventive maintenance cycle and the failure rate of the preventative maintenance can not be reduced to zero.The incomplete preventive maintenance model is compared and analyzed to ensure the safety and availability.An average maintenance cost optimization model per unit time is established to obtain an optimal maintenance strategy.
