Cleaner Production Investigation And Assessment Of The Gelatin Enterprise

Gelatin industry belongs to the daily chemical industry in light industry.Compared with foreign countries,the gelatin industry in China started late,but under the exuberant market demand,it showed a good growth momentum,a rapid growth in production capacity,and a continuous improvement in production engineering and technology.However,pollution control,control and environmental management in the industry have not been properly valued and developed synchronously.At present,there is no cleaner production assessment index system for gelatin industry in our country.With the adjustment of the national industrial structure and the increase of pollution control,the environmental problems of gelatin industry have gradually attracted the attention of the environmental management department.On the basis of understanding the development status of gelatin and cleaner production,gelatin enterprise was used as the object of research.The evaluation index system of cleaner production in gelatin industry was put forward and constructed,and it was applied to specific example analysis in order to provide the reference to the gelatin industry cleaner production management and practice and provide the theoretical reference to promote gelatin enterprises of cleaner production and environmental protection.The main research contents and conclusions were as follows:(1)The gelatin cleaner production assessment index system was put forward and constructed,including the index of six criteria layer and twenty-two index layer.The weight of the gelatin cleaner production evaluation index was determined through the analytic hierarchy process and the expert consultation method.At the same time,the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method has been established to evaluate the level of cleaner production of gelatin enterprises.The evaluation results show that the level of cleaner production in the gelatin enterprise is international advanced level.(2)The basic data of raw materials,energy,equipment,technology,products,waste generation and pollution control of three typical gelatin manufacturing enterprises were obtained through investigation.And based on the evaluation index system of gelatin cleaner production,we evaluated the overall cleaner production level of the typical gelatin enterprise by fuzzy mathematics evaluation method.(3)In view of the shortcomings found in the cleaner production evaluation process of three typical gelatin production enterprises,combined with the actual situation,suggestions for raw materials,process technology,resources and energy,waste and management were put forward accordingly.
