Research On Life-Cycle Environment Management Of Construction Projects

In recent years,the environmental issue of China was getting unprecedented attention from nation down to individual.The relevant environmental laws have been amended and introduced.The 18th plenary session also proposed protecting ecological environment via a strict system of legal to promote the construction of ecological civilization.In December 2013,Feng Xiaogang’s new year film private customized told us apologize to nature.And gave industry representatives in the higher sense of responsibility and mission.Construction project should accounts for a large proportion in pollution aspects from construction,operation and demolition stage.But the basic reason results in pollution is weak consciousness and neglect to environment of people,besides,the environment management theory methods are incomplete.So it appears very meaningful how to reduce building garbage and consumption in construction project raw materials and energy through construction project full life period of environment management,as well as the effect to environment about it.The domestic and oversea research status and objects were fully discussed in this paper,and the theory of construction project full life period environment management was analysed based on construction project environment management system.Features,status and the potential problems in full life period all stage of construction project environment management was expounded detailedly.Meanwhile,target and regulations systems of construction project environment management ware also introduced.Environmental management of construction project in its full life period(including:Planning,decision-making,design and construction phase,operational phase and removal phase)were fully illustrated by the system according to the stage of work program.Finally,cross-connection among all stakeholders at all stages of the construction project environmental management was seriously discussed,and a comprehensive framework including all stakeholders was established to avoid disjointing at each stage of construction project environment management furthest.Contents of this study have positive meaning in cultivating construction project environmental awareness and capacity focusing on more building projects’ sustainable development of all participants.Meanwhile,effective construction project environmental management methods for different stakeholders has guiding significance in the course of the implementation of the construction project.
