The advanced level of a CNC machine tool measures the advanced level of a country's manufacturing industry,and the most important part of the CNC machine tool is the CNC machine tool control system.In recent years,ARM embedded systems have the advantages of rich hardware resources,good performance,low cost and low power consumption.FPGA technology has the advantages of repeatable programming,online upgrade,real-time performance,and high reliability.In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional CNC machine tools such as high cost,low control accuracy,poor real-time performance,and low reliability,the research on a new type of CNC machine tool system based on ARM+FPGA architecture has important social and economic significance and significant economic value.This paper takes the CNC machine tool as the engineering background,the servo motor PMSM as the specific object,the ARM+FPGA as the realization platform of the CNC system,and improves the self-adaptive ability of the position loop control of the servo system to improve the position loop,speed loop,current loop,etc.The in-depth research has been conducted on the processing speed of complex operations,the simplicity of system management and control program development,and the aesthetics of the interface.Its main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the comparison and analysis of several control system architectures,a design scheme of an adaptive fuzzy control servo system for CNC machine tools based on ARM+FPGA is proposed.The system uses ARM as the main control and motion trajectory calculation chip,and FPGA as the servo system motion control chip.Among them,the FPGA motion control system includes three parts: adaptive position control module,speed control module,and current conversion module.(2)Aiming at the proposed design scheme of the ARM+FPGA-based adaptive fuzzy control servo system for CNC machine tools,the establishment and derivation of the relevant mathematical model was carried out,and the simulation model was established with MATLABtools.The system simulation results show that the system has a small position response overshoot,short response time,and superior system performance.(3)In order to improve the real-time,reliability,and flexibility of motion control,according to the model of the motion control system,a structure of an FPGA-implemented operation control system is proposed,and an adaptive position control module and a speed control module are performed in detail.The design of internal modules such as the current conversion module,etc.and then using VHDL for the relevant module programming and FPGA implementation simulation.(4)For the main control and motion trajectory calculation system based on ARM microprocessor,the system control interface design,communication program design of FPGA and ARM chip,FPGA and host computer,and the acceleration/deceleration and interpolation in the motion control are performed.Method analysis and design.
