China is currently one of the largest industrialized countries in the world,and the secondary industry occupies a dominant position in the national economy.As the most representative industry in the secondary industry,the machinery manufacturing industry has a large number of employees,and the economic benefits created by it account for a high proportion of GDP.For a long time,the low level of safety management in China's machinery manufacturing industry has led to the frequent occurrence of safety accidents,causing huge losses to people's lives and property,and causing negative social impacts on many machinery processing enterprises.In order to solve this problem,machinery manufacturing enterprises must research scientific and efficient methods for investigating hidden dangers of accidents,and carry out scientific risk grading evaluation of all hidden dangers of accidents,so as to be able to take appropriate measures in the process of managing hidden dangers,and eliminate and control hidden dangers of accidents.And to achieve the goal of safe production is very important.In order to study the methods of investigating the hidden dangers of accidents that are suitable for the machining operation site,this article first consults the relevant literatures,firstly studies the definition of the hidden dangers of the accident,emphasizes the difference between hidden dangers and risks,and on the basis of this The content of hidden dangers was analyzed specifically.The main contents of hidden dangers of mechanical processing accidents are unsafe behaviors of people,unsafe conditions of objects and environmental defects.By analyzing the main contents of the hidden dangers of mechanical processing accidents,the next step is to scientifically divide the mechanical processing operation site into mechanicaloperation sites,which are divided into three independent,specific function system units: operation activities,equipment facilities,and operation sites.The hidden trouble diagnosis model for mechanical processing accidents is determined,and the corresponding hidden trouble detection method models are studied for the three system units.Provide a method model for the comprehensive and non-dead corner effect of the hidden trouble investigation work,and then start to study the risk grading method.Based on the evaluation model of the LEC method,the appropriate risk classification evaluation model is studied for each system unit.After the model of the hidden troubles investigation method and the risk grading evaluation model are determined,this article analyzes its implementation elements to make sure that the hidden troubles investigation method can be successfully implemented in the machining enterprises.Finally,the application analysis of examples confirms the scientific and feasibility of the research content of this article.
