Reciprocating compressors are widely used in major petrochemical companies due to their adaptability and high efficiency.Valves are the main wearing parts of reciprocating compressors.Once a failure occurs,it will have a serious impact on production.Many experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the fault diagnosis of the reciprocating compressor valve,but most of them have not reached the level of practical application of field engineering.Therefore,based on summarizing and absorbing the results of previous studies,this paper studies the fault diagnosis of the reciprocating compressor valve from aspects of vibration characteristics,wavelet packet analysis theory and fault method based on fault tree and case inference..In this paper,the force of the mesh valve of the research object 6RDSA-1 type reciprocating compressor is firstly analyzed,and the mathematical model of the motion of the valve is established.The main factors affecting the vibration characteristics of the valve plate are obtained,and the modal analysis of the valve plate is performed.Determine its own natural frequency to prevent resonance in practical applications.A vibration mechanical model of the valve cover was established to determine the monitoring point and type of the sensor,and the sampling frequency of the compressor valve of this model was determined as 1 kHz.For the complexity of the movement of the valve plate,the vibration signal is selected as the main monitoring parameter,and when processing the valve vibration signal of the compressor,a feature extraction method which combines waveform analysis,spectrum analysis and wavelet feature analysis is adopted.A valve fault diagnosis method based on fault tree and case-based reasoning is proposed,a compressor valve fault diagnosis software is developed,an on-site experimental scheme is determined,and the vibration signal of the 6RDSA-1 type reciprocating compressor valve is collected and analyzed in the field monitoring and verification.The correctness and feasibility of the valve feature extraction method,fault diagnosis method and fault diagnosis software system provide the fault diagnosis basis and maintenance suggestions for field equipment maintenance personnel,save a lot of manpower and material resources,and improve the unit's operating efficiency and safety.
