Reciprocating Compressors is very important as a kind of power equipment in Refinery.Its stability and reliability may affect the safety production and economic development of the enterprise.By monitoring centrifugal pumps' condition,we can find out potential failure,avoid fault getting worse,make reasonable maintenance plan,save lots of maintenance costs,and improve the security and reliability of the equipment operation.In this paper,a hybrid monitoring system based on vibration and process parameter for a petrochemical company has been built.First,monitoring system overall structure is designed,including network topology,system hardware scheme and system software scheme on the basis of monitoring system's design thought.Then the hybrid system is introduced from vibration monitoring process parameter.The system built in this paper can efficiently collect vibration signals and process signals,diagnose faults by analyzing the two type signals.Alarm also can be given when the equipment become abnormal based on the set values ahead.Monitoring system upload diagnosis results to the net to realize online monitoring and remote access.In this paper,Reliability evaluation technology based on Parameter Fusion has been used and the condition of reciprocating compressors is divided into four kinds,namely excellent,good,fair and poor.The system was applied in reciprocating compressor,and achieved satisfactory results.The monitoring system built in the paper is meaningful to monitor hidden faults,avoid fault symptoms becoming into accidents,and ensure safety production and steady progression of the enterprise.
