Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)is the second largest general plastic but second only to polyethylene(PE).It is widely used in the field of chemical industry,construction and packaging because of its good insulation,corrosion resistant and high strength.The thermal stabilizer is a kind of necessaryadditiveused to improve the thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride when polyvinyl chloride is processed in the manufacturing process.At present,overseas has eliminated heavy metal lead salt thermal stabilizersand other poisonous and harmful thermal stabilizer.The non-toxic environmental thermal stabilizeriswidely used in their polyvinyl chlorideindustry.In our country,the lead salt thermal stabilizer which is widely used will also be eliminated in no time.The development of new environmental and non-toxic thermal stabilizer is imminent.That the prepared organic polymeric polyvinyl chloride thermal stabilizer based on organic small molecules thermal stabilizer in the thesis is a new type of avirulent and environmental thermal stabilizer.The stabilizer polyether polyol PEPOL is prepared by main raw materials of bisphenol A,propanol and pentaerythritol.We discussed the effects on the stable performance of PEPOL thermal stabilizer of different reaction temperature,different reaction time,different catalyst dosage,etc.The results reports that the best preparation conditions of heat stabilizer PEPOL is as follows:reaction temperature 150 ?,11 h reaction time,catalyst dosage is 2 wt%.Continuous potential method and Congo red method indicate that the heat stabilizer PEPOL have better thermal stability,and the Congo red heat stability time and induction time is 10.4 min and 12.4 min respectively in mass ratio of 5:100 between PEPOL and polyvinyl chloride.The polyacrylatethiourea PTPA polymerized by monomer 4-(3-benzoyl thiourea)phenyl acrylate(TPA)which is prepared by the main raw materials of benzoyl chloride,ammonium thiocyanate,aminophenol and acryloyl chloride.The thermal stability of PTPA is superior to the monomer TPA,and the Congo red heat stability time and induction time of PTPA is 15.3 min and 18.4 min respectively in mass ratio of 7:100 between PTPA and polyvinyl chloride.That the thermal stability of the polymer thermal stabilizer is better than the small organic molecules.That the novel idea to introduct the organic polymer structure to the polyvinyl chloride heat stabilizer preparation in the paper can promote the development of polyvinyl chloride heat stabilizers.
