Nowadays,the need for seamless steel casing pipe such as oil casing pipe is increasing,especially for the high-grade steel seamless pipe.These steel pipes are required by heat treatment in order to improve the use of steel grade.Since the state vigorously implement green manufacturing technologies to achieve energy conservation,reduce pollution and improve the technological level of production,electromagnetic induction heat treatment technology with its unique advantages and characteristics emerges as an effective green steel heat treatment methods.At present,electromagnetic induction heating equipment and process are designed by experience,it can cause long development cycle,increase costs,increase pollution and other defects,so the study of electromagnetic induction heating pipe numerical simulation technology is of great significance.Based on the above reasons and meaning,the article firstly departures from the theoretical knowledge of the induced eddy currents,skin effect,penetration depth,ring effect,ends efficiency and proximity effects,combined with the numerical analysis method of the integral equation method,moments method,Monte Carlo method,finite difference method,finite element method and boundary element method to introduce theories and methods of electromagnetic induction heating pipe.It gets the step of electromagnetic induction heating pipe,the advantages and disadvantages,and other consideration.Then the article introduces the theoretical knowledge and mathematical models of electromagnetic field,temperature field and magnetic-thermal coupling field.By describing these elements,it is able to pave the way for subsequent research.Secondly,article focuses on four aspects of electromagnetic induction power,electromagnetic induction coil,electromagnetic induction capacitors,detection and transmission system to introduce electromagnetic induction heating system.The site’s electromagnetic induction production line is used to detect data and results,then the experimental results are simulated fitting calibration to optimize the simulation parameters and simulation conditions for preparing the next numerical simulation of oil casing pipe.Finally,The 25MnV oil casing pipe whose size is Φ73 × 5.5mm is researched by use of Deform-3 D software.By combining of a variety of software,the optimization of the grid model is achieved,the heating frequency and sensor’s size are analyzed on the 25MnV oil casing pipe whose size is Φ73 × 5.5mm.The article achieves the numerical simulation predictive analytics of 25MnV oil casing pipe’s stationary state electromagnetic induction heating process whose size is Φ 73 × 5.5mm,the guiding opinions and referential basis are provided for the steel pipe induction heat treatment equipment and crafts,further numerical simulation or experimental studies.
