With the oil field entering the later stage of high water-cut exploitation,the difficulty of mining is increasing gradually.In recent years,the research and application of horizontal well and directional well technology have been increased.In order to make indoor test and research go to the front of production and application,to guarantee the successful rate of construction of new type of oil recovery equipment,and to provide technical support for the analysis and evaluation of equipment performance,it is necessary to develop a set of artificial lift test system for oil pumping pump suitable for horizontal well,directional well and straight well development,to test and study the conventional or new type of oil pump,to analyze the performance of the new type oil pump,and to put forward improvement measures.To meet the needs of oil production and improve the efficiency of oil development.In this paper,the data of artificial lift test system of pump at home and abroad are reviewed and studied.On this basis,the general scheme of pump simulation test system is put forward.The main contents of the paper are as follows:The design scheme of artificial lift test system for pump is presented.In the angle simulation system,the stress deformation of support and stand is analyzed by using finite element theory,and the stiffness and strength of the material are checked.In the angle locking system,the material,size and working speed of piston rod are calculated.The power of the electric Gourd on the lifting support is determined by calculation.The angle of slope inclination is calculated according to sliding friction theory.In the mechanical connection system,the relative design and calculation of the fixed device,the support device,the power slide,the support slide and the half-program follow-up device are carried out.In the flow cycle system,the dimensions of reservoir and measuring tank are designed and calculated,and their strength is checked.Through the experimental study of different pump types,the device achieves the continuously adjustable target of pump outlet pressure 15 MPa,inlet pressure 3 MPa,maximum stroke 5m and stroke range.The whole set of equipment works stably and reliably and achieves the development purpose.
