Currently offshore oil use pump or gas lift production more,For single pump,if in the deep or ultra-deep well,because the structure of the pump itself,affected by limiting of torque and series,heating cable,power cable losses,single pump can not meet the production requirements.For single gas lift,affected by the limit of injection pressure and the valve into the depth,the effect of lifting gas lift has been greatly hindered.Based on single or single gas lift pump characteristics analysis,selection combination design of gas lift and pump,and take full advantage of two ways to solve the deep-sea pumping problems.By analyzing the particularity of offshore oil string structure,based on field experience,this article firstly determine to use superseding lifting column structure.Then design the lifting pump section from the basic principles of gas lift pump and lift,including the well deliverability prediction,wellbore multiphase flow correlations pipe fitting and determine pump deep,pumps series,pump,motor type,cable type,etc;gas-lift segment design includes determining gas lift gas injection pressure,injection volume,deep valves,valve type and the like.The maximum efficiency of the system is designed target,given a set of pumps series and according to the single-stage lift pump calculate outlet pressure and total pump head and pump,design gas lift under known wellhead hydraulic conditions.Complete a reasonable allocation of the total head lifting gas lift section and pump section and calculate the system efficiency under different allocation result,optimize allocation efficient allocation scheme.Finally,under certain constraints,use the most system efficient allocation scheme in Pinghu HR-205 well,the effect is applied better.
