Research On Compliance Management Problem In LH Oilfield Company

Compliance management is a way and platform to achieve enterprise management by law as well as the requirement.In addition,enterprise management by law is the principal of compliance business and risk prevention,concerning reform and development,image remodeling and stability for a long time.The paper analyses the current operation of compliance management in LH Oilfield Company,detects shortcomings,proposes improvement advice,aiming at establishing a compliance management system in LH Oilfield Company,which features with complete system,scientific program,ordered operation and proper execution.Behavior of staff is controlled under regularity.As prerequisites,compliance management combines with the entire process of production and operation,minimizing or preventing the happening of risk events caused by violation,therefore,forming a value orientation of “Proud of compliance and shame of violation”.Enterprise image of honesty and trustworthiness and abiding by regularity and law is established.Based on investigation and research,the paper studies related theories on both domestic andabroad compliance management,identifies the concepts of compliance,compliance risk and compliance management,introduces the relationships between compliance management and other related management as well as the development history,and states the theory o f corporation governance and total risk control.By questionnaire,the author studies the current situation of compliance management in LH Oilfield Company,discovering the following problems: imperfect organization system,regularity,operation mechanism,training measures and culture construction.Moreover,the paper analyzes the reason of above problems,that is,unchanged traditional habit,deviated recognition of compliance,weak execution power,and lack of power of accountability.Several countermeasures are proposed,such as completing organization system,optimizing regularity,reinforcing operation mechanism,improving training measure and strengthening culture construction,improving current situation of compliance management and enhancing the level of compliance management in LH Oilfield Company.
