With the continuous integration and development of screening technology theory and practice,linear vibrating screen as an important production equipment has been widely applied in many fields.With the increasing demand for coal,the demand for vibrating screen is becoming higher and higher.The performance of vibration screen has simple structure,convenient maintenance and long working life and so on,and it can not meet the current working conditions.It also requires the performance of high efficiency,excellent screening effect and so on.This subject takes a ZKB1548 type linear vibrating screen used in a coal preparation plant as the research object.The three-dimensional model of the screen machine is established by SolidWorks,and the statics analysis of the ZKB1548 linear vibrating screen is carried out.By analyzing its stress diagram and deformation diagram,the location of the maximum stress and deformation of the screen is obtained.The first12 steps of the screen are analyzed by modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.It is concluded that the first frequency is close to the natural frequency of the sieving machine,and it is easy to cause resonance,and local optimization is needed.The natural frequency of the screen is changed by increasing the thickness of the side panel,and the screen is optimized and verified.The optimization results prove that the resonance area is effectively avoided and the life of the screen machine is improved.The parameters of the vibrating screen are optimized by MATLAB,such as the amplitude,the direction angle of the vibration,the intensity of the ejection and the angle of the sieve surface.The power consumption of the unit production of the ZKB1548 linear vibrating screen is obviously reduced.A topology optimization based method for location and layout of side stiffeners is proposed.By optimizing the position of the reinforcing bar of the side plate,the working efficiency of the vibrating screen is improved.The structure of the ZKB1548 type linear vibrating screen is more reasonable,and the large stress concentration and the larger deformation are avoided,and the structure and performance of the linear vibrating screen are optimized.
