It is the responsibility for us to protect the ecological environment and effectively reduce energy consumption.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to relevant work.For the development of coal washing and processing technology and related industrial chains,the State has put forward clear requirements in the "Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of the Coal Industry",requiring advanced combustion coal and environmental protection technologies.Continuously improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of coal and minimize pollution emissions.We must make great efforts to promote clean coal technology and develop coal,coal and briquette technologies.Therefore,it is of great significance to study coal preparation technology and equipment and improve the efficiency and indicators of coal washing and processing.With the construction scale of coal washing and dressing plants and the development of coal washing equipment in the direction of large-scale and serialization,coal washing equipment and technology are gradually innovating,production efficiency is continuously improved,and the market demand for manufacturers of coal washing equipment is also More and more strict.There are many types of coal washing equipment.Among them,linear vibrating screen is widely used in the classification,dehydration,deintermediation and de-sludge of minerals.The quality of washing and washing,the classification index,the dehydration effect,the reliability and direct impact Product quality and production efficiency of mineral processing.In terms of coal processing,vibrating screen screening technology and sorting technology are equally important.Therefore,studying the basic working principle,structural optimization design and digital design method of vibrating screen has important practical significance in China's coal preparation,mining and other industries.At present,vibrating screen is one of the main selection devices,and it is applied more and more widely.At the same time,some key parts of the equipment are also frequently broken,which seriously affects the smooth production.However,at present,most of the researches on the fracture of key components of vibrating screens are theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis of individual individuals.Due to the complexity and correlation of boundary conditions,the results tend to deviate from the actual results.Therefore,in the design and transformation process of large-scale screening machinery,advanced computer simulation technology is needed to optimize the design,so as to improve the reliability and stability of the equipment,and continuously promote the development of China's large-scale screening machinery technology equipment.Taking the ZK3648 vibrating screen as an example,this thesis analyzes the statics and dynamics of the whole machine and its key components through theoretical analysis,mathematical modeling,simulation,analysis reasons,optimization and other research methods.The combination of theoretical analysis and finite element simulation is used to study the internal stress characteristics of the vibrating screen structure,to explore the location of structural fractures,and to analyze the fracture characteristics and causes of the beam structure,and to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization design and field modification of such equipment.Figure 35;Table 13;Reference 53.
