With the background of mining roadway of Wanbei Minefield,through research and literature access methods,the problems existing the support of mining roadway of Wanbei Minefield are obtained.The present situation and the economic benefits of the differential support of Wanbei Minefield are analyzed,the factors that should be taken into consideration in the design of differential support in mining roadway include:the service life,the type of roadway,the type of the region,overall classification of surrounding rock,sub classification of surrounding rock and so on,the design idea and technical path of the differential support of Wanbei Minefield are put forward.The factors influencing the stability of the mining roadway surrounding rock in Wanbei Minefield are analyze,the mining roadway is divided into the roof,bottom,side classification and the 3 parts of the side classification,and the stability of surrounding rock in each part of the roadway is classified,the classification index of the stability of the roof,floor,coal and coal pillar of roadway are Synthesised as the comprehensive evaluation index of surrounding rock,and classify overall stability of roadway surrounding rock,finally,the surrounding rock of roadway is divided into 5 categories.Using numerical simulation to calculate the weights of classification indexes with dynamic changes of surrounding rock conditions,then,combined the basic top pressure equivalent and the slope change relation of the plastic rate function of the surrounding rock,classify sub classification of surrounding rock of roadway,and the differential support scheme is proposed for each type of roadway.Using Access to construct the sample database,including the type of roadway,the type of the region,the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock,the supporting parameters,the evaluation of the support effect and so on,then,the comprehensive evaluation,overall classification and sub classification of surrounding rock in the sample roadway are carried out.In the database,56 mining roadways of the five typical mines in the Wanbei mining area were collected.On this basis,the status of mining roadway support in many other mining areas is investigated,and the "roadway support parameter record form" is further expanded,in order to make the database more perfect,and by using Visual Basic language,a set of "classification of stability of surrounding rock and intelligent decision system for support" is compiled.To Zhujixi Coal Mine 11501 machine roadway as an example to introduce the application of the system,and the engineering verification.The results show that the system has a certain reliability.Finally,the FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to further verify the reliability of the differential support parameters,and the results show that the differential supporting design can meet the supporting requirements of the mining roadway under different lithology conditions.
