The paper introduces the theory of hydraulic drive PCP,analies it’s character and advantages.The consistence of hydraulic drive PCP system and procedure of anti-backspin are mainly discussed in the paper.Stepless speed regulation,high level of self protection and added technical value are advantages of hydraulic driven PCP’s,compared with regular drive heads.At the same time,the huge potential safety hazard has brought to the site operating staff,due to the failure of anti-backspin structure where the pulley may be thrown off during its high-speed rotation.To better serve the oil exploitation nowadays and improve the efficiency of PC pump system,this paper proposes a new type of driving equipment the magneto direct drive head,to overcome the defects of traditional dive system.The test results indicate that security and reliability of the anti-backspin control system is greatly enhanced in this way,which will lay a sturdy foundation for the application and dissemination of the Magneto Direct Drive Unit of PCP in oilfield.The subject reflects in several following respects: Working principle of permanent magnet motor direct driving equipment in the progressive cavity pump;Magneto brushless direct current motor designing;Intelligent controller designing;Sensor designing;Brake equipment designing;Seal system designing.The researches of the thesis have done efficient work in the permanent magnet motor direct driving equipment of the novel progressing cavity pump and provided great theoretical valve and practical meaning to promoting the development of novel progressing cavity pump of our country. |
