Fracturing pump is an important equipment in the oil and gas field exploitation process.With the improvement of fracturing technology level,the large-scale development of unconventional oil and gas wells such as shale gas,and the limitation of the construction site,the fracturing operation of the fracturing pump clicks on power,pressure,displacement,and reliability are increasingly demanding.Therefore,high-power,large-displacement,and stable performance fracturing pumps will become an inevitable trend in the future.However,the traditional mechanical fracturing pumps are subject to the inherent defects of their own structures,resulting the flow pulsation increased and weight when the power is increased.the cost also be increased.Therefore,in recent years,high-power hydraulic fracturing pumps have gradually become a new research direction.This paper presents a design scheme of a new 6500 HP hydraulic system for the type of hydraulic fracturing pump power end,and compares it with the traditional mechanical fracturing pump and hydraulic fracturing pump closed hydraulic system.Through research and analysis,a horizontal three-cylinder,open hydraulic fracturing pump was designed.Based on the three-cylinder hydraulic fracturing pump,the hydraulic system was optimized and the design of the four-cylinder fracturing pump was explored.The most important feature of these two design solutions is that only four stroke switches can be used to control the reversing direction of the reversing valve in the hydraulic system so as to achieve a smooth flow output and reduce the impact of hydraulic shock in the cylinder.The main parameters of the power end of the fracturing pump are calculated according to the working conditions and performance requirements,and the main hydraulic components of the power end hydraulic pump,accumulator,hydraulic cylinder,etc.are selected.Through the matching calculation between the pump and the engine,it was determined that the selection of the power system of the hydraulic system meets the requirements.In the last chapter,the hydraulic system of the designed 6500 HP fracturing pump was simulated and analyzed by AMESim simulation software and the hydraulic system was optimized through simulation results.The simulation results shows that the power end of the hydraulic fracturing pump designed in this paper makes the flow of the fracturing medium which discharged by the fracturing pump becomes more stable,and the hydraulic shock inthe cylinder is reduced,which meets the design requirements of this article.
