At the time of assessment of comprehensive national strength,the quantity and quality of steel is an important aspect,which plays an indispensable role in promoting economic development.In metal heat treatment,annealing process is an important step,which affects the metal internal structure directly.In pulse combustion furnace systems,precision and uniformity of temperature control methods play a crucial role in obtaining better quality process.Temperature is an object with non-linear,strongly coupled system with large time delay characteristics.In annealing furnace work,temperature control system will be affected by many factors,such as ambient temperature,thermal radiation,and so on.In the area inside the annealing furnace,temperatures would be affected by fuel and air flow,the furnace pressure,furnace structure and so on.Therefore,the research of studying temperature control method,which will get high precision and high uniformity,is very necessary.At the beginning of this research,to accumulate relevant work experience,the author actively into the industrial furnace manufacturing firms to participate in the design and research of annealing furnace.Therefore,this design is from the actual annealing furnace problems,respectively,completed the annealing structural design,control system design,proposed the concept of totally integrated automation,and designed a new type temperature controller.The main research works as follows:Firstly,through practical experience,summarize the problems in actual,proposed the concept of totally integrated automation system of annealing furnace,designed the temperature detection system,the pulse combustion control systems,fire control systems and pressure control system.Secondly,the upper unit State system analysis of annealing furnace,annealing furnace system configuration screen is designed,discussed the configuration software WinCC and PLC communication method of Siemens.Thirdly,by analyzing the annealing temperature,proposes General optimization design scheme proposed uniform multimodal control strategy and optimize your network.Large temperature difference mode algorithm to optimize PID controller parameters based on Drosophila melanogaster(FOA-PID)and temperature control system to get a faster response speed and smaller overshoot,improved the system's dynamic performance and steady-state accuracy;small temperature difference mode,the PID parameter controller using Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO-PID),to improve the accuracy of the temperature.Design of controller based on RBF Neural network optimization algorithm for uniform,the purpose of which is to improve the annealing furnace temperature uniformity.Finally,completes the design of the temperature control algorithm simulation research.Simulation results show that in large temperature difference mode,optimized PID controller can improve the annealing process of Drosophila's rapid ascent;small temperature difference mode,Particle Swarm Optimization PID controller can improve the precision of temperature control;even optimize the network to improve the uniformity of temperature field in the furnace,and meets the technical requ irements of ±3 ?.
