Truing the convex circular surface to meet certain requirements on the diamond grinding wheel,in view of its large hardness and complex appearance,there are problems such as low efficiency and difficulty in ensuring accuracy during the truing process.This thesis summarizes the research status of the precision dressing direction of the forming wheel at domestic and abroad,in summing up the experience,it is believed that after the laser dressing of the metal-based diamond grinding wheel,subsequent mechanical precision dressing can effectively improve the dressing accuracy and improve its surface appearance.On the basis of the existing metal-based diamond grinding wheels and based on the technical conditions of the laboratory,dressing convex arc shape on grinding wheel.(1)Set up dressing equipment,consisting of pulsed fiber laser,mechanical diamond grinding wheel,surface grinder and corresponding testing equipment.The possible sources of error in the dress were put forward,and the error was quantitatively analyzed,prior to the start of truing.The corresponding evaluation criteria were defined for the arc shape accuracy of dressing and the efficiency of truing,based on the above basis,the rough dressing was performed.(2)Before the formal dressing test,an exploratory dressing test was performed on the same diamond grinding wheel as the dressing wheel,and a quarter arc with a radius of 1 mm was trued on the end face of the parallel grinding wheel.Study the relationship between process parameters and truing results.The results show that,the ratio of pulse spot overlap is the most important factor influencing the shape accuracy of the truing arc;the pulse spot overlap rate is also the main factor affecting the removal of the grinding wheel material.After comprehensive consideration of dressing accuracy and dressing efficiency and the shape of the arc surface,the best parameters are:average power Pavg=70W,spot overlap rate Up=50%,the scanning trajectory line overlap ratio U1=70%.Applying this optimal parameter to the final arc truing,the results show that,arc radius is 0.98 mm,the arc angle is 88°,the arc surface PV is 30?m,and the wheel material removal rate is 1.18 mm3/min.(3)The use of diamond grinding wheel to mechanical dress after the laser dressing of the grinding wheel,the results show that,the rotation speed of the grinding wheel has little effect on the accuracy of the arc shape,the increase of the mechanical roller rotation speed will deteriorate the surface quality,the improvement of the dressing depth is conducive to the accuracy of the grinding wheel surface;It is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the finished grinding wheel because the mechanical diamond grinding wheel is grinded off and the wear is serious due to truing.In order to ensure the precision of dressing,it is necessary to dress the mechanical diamond grinding wheel after dressing for a period of time.
