In order to further improve the energy-saving of pumping unit in oil field,a new five-bar mechanism pumping unit is proposed.The relative geometrical dimensions,kinematics,dynamics and process calculation formulas are deduced;Combined with its two-degree-of-freedom characteristic,each crank rotation of 5 degrees to the beam swing assignment with crank-speed known,a one-to-one correspondence between 360 degrees of crank rotation and beam swing angle is drawed;Regardless of the inertial load of the suspended point,the crank angle and the beam swing angle are taken into the formula derived before,in order to make it meet the torque balance,through the Visual Basic 6.0 programming,feedback adjustment algorithms continue to adjust the beam angle until it meets the torque balance,and come to a set of beam swing angle;Then,considering the inertial load of the suspension point,the value of the beam swing angle after feedback adjustment is brought into the formula to recalculate,and then the feedback adjustment is made to satisfy the torque balance again to obtain a new set of beam swing angle values;Further,through the numerical differential formula,the suspension speed and acceleration are determined;When the theoretical calculation is completed,the program code is compiled into a software installation package.In addition,through the optimization design module of Matlab software,the maximum torque coefficient of the above stroke is taken as the objective function,and each rod size is taken as the design variable to optimize the design.Finally,Pro/E is used to design the three-dimensional structure of the five-bar mechanism pumping unit,and set up two driving motors for the five-bar mechanism pumping unit,according to the crank angle and the beam swing angle one by one correspondence,two driving motors drive crank and beam respectively,making the five-bar mechanism pumping unit model to operate nomally.The above process has theoretically verified the feasibility of a five-bar mechanism pumping unit used in the oilfield and has certain theoretical guiding significance in guiding the oilfield production and energy saving.
