Research On The Food Packaging Safety Design Under The Life Cycle Management Model

Food is an important source of nutrients and energy needed to maintain human life and health,food safety is of utmost importance.Food packaging as the intimate clothing of food,can protect food,prettify commodities,and transmit information through design.However,security accidents caused by unreasonable food packaging design in recent years have occurred frequently.Not only affects consumers’ physical health,but also makes consumers feel distrustful of food quality and seriously damages the reputation of the brand.At the same time,the large amount of packaging waste produced by the unreasonable food packaging design has caused great damage to the environment.Based on this,this article proposes a process-based management approach to the food packaging life cycle,promoting the scientific and rationalization of food packaging safety design.Under the life cycle management mode,the scientific system security design implementation process is launched to seek the best solution to the hidden dangers of food packaging.First,this article defines the relevant definitions of food packaging safety design,systematically combing domestic and international food packaging safety regulations management system,using comparative research method to analyze the regulations of various countries in terms of food packaging materials,ecology and labeling,so as to promote theperfection of the safety regulation system of food packaging in China,raising the basic evaluation criteria for food packaging safety in China.Second,analyzing the concept and content of food packaging life cycle from the perspective of life cycle,analyzing various insecurity factors throughout the entire life cycle of food packaging from production,storage,distribution,use,and disposal.Finally,through the cross-disciplinary research in multiple disciplines and multiple fields,explore the food packaging safety design process under the life cycle management model,and applying the management approach to food packaging material selection,structural design,interior design and other aspects to address the major safety issues in the various stages of the food packaging life cycle.At the same time,in the operation of the food packaging safety design process,using information technology to ensure the openness and transparency of the food packaging life cycle.Finally enabling the entire life flow of food packaging from production,storage and transportation,sales,use and disposal to scientifically and effectively protect the safety of food,consumers and the environment,promoting the healthy development of food and packaging companies.
