Research On Integrated Management Of Petrochemical Equipment Based On Reliability

Petrochemical enterprises are capital-intensive continuous production enterprises,equipment in the use of the inevitable failure,resulting in loss of product function,not only affect the normal production of enterprises,And because of the characteristics of petrochemical production process itself,it is easy to lead to major safety accidents.Therefore,the operational reliability of petrochemical equipment has become an important research object in the daily operation management of enterprises.How to ensure the overall operation of chemical equipment safety and reliable cost optimization has become the goal of the enterprise.In heavy chemical industry,PTA production equipment has the characteristics of complex production process,various types,complex structure,huge volume,expensive equipment cost,long maintenance period,high maintenance cost,high risk of operation and maintenance safety,etc.This paper digests the latest theories and research results of equipment maintenance,and through the research on the equipment design requirements of a PTA manufacturing enterprise during the construction period,Use the decision model to choose the equipment purchase.Then,according to the failure mode and influence analysis method,the fault mode and fault cause of the equipment are analyzed and the improvement method is put forward.At the same time,the preventive maintenance decision is made according to the factors such as the importance grade of equipment,maintainability of equipment and the stage of using equipment,and different methods of budgeting maintenance cost are adopted according to the quantitative index of reliability.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the common methods of inspection and maintenance based on reliability and cost constraints,through the analysis of the data,finds out the device reliability board,and puts forward the actual inspection and maintenance method of a PTA production enterprise through continuous improvement and improvement.The balance between maintenance cost and device reliability is achieved,and the goal is achieved from different aspects of technical management and financial management,and good and economic results are obtained in practical application.
