In the production of petroleum industry,the oil drilling derrick is one of the most important production equipment,and is a large bearing structure equipment,which plays an extremely important role in the drilling and development of the oil industry.As a new type of rig derrick,the ZJ40/2250 gear rack derrick,which is studied in this paper,has shown great vitality in the production of oil industry.It is a large equipment for oil exploration and development.With the increasing difficulty in the exploitation of oil fields in China,the development of this new type of gear rack drill has brought light to the exploitation of oil,and it is a major breakthrough in the drilling technology in the oil industry.Compared with traditional drilling derrick,it has simpler structure,higher efficiency and more labor saving.The ZJ40/2250 rig derrick is essentially a spatial frame structure,which belongs to the front openings without a bandage derrick.The derrick has a wide field of vision,and the drilling area of the drilling rig is easier to expand and has a good stability.The derrick is the main bearing part of the whole drill,which affects the efficiency of oil mining,and the derrick affects the efficiency of the whole drilling machine.Therefore,the structure design of the derrick is particularly important.The gear rack derrick is different from the traditional drilling rig in terms of its structural form,so the load distribution is also very different.The main load of the gear rack drill is mostly borne by the derrick.Unlike the traditional drilling machine,the load is static load and most of the load is shared by the wire rope,and the gear rack rig derrick has no wire rope structure and some dynamic loads are directly on the derrick.So the static and dynamic characteristics of the derrick are the whole.The working performance and safety performance of the drilling rig are greatly affected.In this paper,based on the working location,working conditions and structural characteristics of the ZJ40/2250 gear rack rig derrick,the calculation model is established by using the 3D Software Solidworks,and then the static and dynamic characteristics of the derrick are studied by using the ANSYS software,which provides a theoretical basis for the structure design of the derrick.First,according to the working conditions of ZJ40/2250 and the API standard,the static analysis is carried out under different working conditions,and the stress condition of the derrick under the worst working conditions is analyzed.Secondly,the dynamic analysis of the gear rack is carried out,including the analysis of the modal analysis of the derrick and the analysis of the harmonic response.It is mainly to analyze the natural frequency and vibration forms of the six steps of the gear rack and the law of the displacement response.Finally,the optimization scheme of the derrick structure is proposed.Compared with the initial scheme,the structure of the ZJ40/2250 gear rack is greatly improved in strength and stiffness,and the structure is more safe and reliable.
