With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the continuous upgrading of the consumption structure,China's energy demand has grown rigidly,and energy conservation and emission reduction are still grim.As an important chemical raw material,methanol is a clean energy alternative to petroleum,and the promotion of methanol fuel is a scientific initiative to save energy,reduce emissions,and reduce haze.However,the distribution of methanol resources is not uniform,and the production and sales areas are in a severely separated pattern.At this stage,methanol transportation mainly takes place in small batches and batches of long-distance transportation through tank trucks,and there are many potential safety hazards.Under this circumstance,this article studies the safety conditions of methanol tank container railway transportation,and comprehensively analyzes the technical conditions of the safety of tank containers during the rail transportation of methanol tank containers,the safety conditions of railway transportation equipment and facilities,and the management security conditions so as to widen the methanol transportation.The purpose of providing channers and ensuring the safety of methanol transportation also provides theoretical research support for the further promotion of the use of railroad dangerous goods tanks.The main research results of this paper are as follows:First of all,based on the relevant regulations of tank containers,and combined with the physicochemical properties of methanol and the actual railway transportation conditions,a systematic analysis of the safety conditions of methanol tank container railway transportation was conducted,including the research on the safety requirements of the three major components of tank containers:tanks,frames,and safety accessories;analyzing the main factors affecting the filling of methanol tank containers;determining the requirements for filling volume;and the methanol tank container railway transportation equipment Facility safety technical conditions and safety management requirements.Secondly,on the basis of the above research contents,a safety evaluation index system for methanol tank container railway transportation was constructed.Based on the theory of variable weight fuzzy Petri nets,a safety evaluation model for methanol tank container railway transportation was constructed.The indicators are mapped to fuzzy Petri nets,weights are calculated using variable weight methods,and the model algorithm steps are given.Then take A station as an example to verify the practicality and feasibility of constructing the security evaluation model.The variable weight fuzzy Petri net was used to evaluate the safety of methanol tank container railroad transportation at station A,and the safety level of this station was finally obtained.Finally,a methanol tank container railway transportation safety information management system was constructed.By analyzing the principle and purpose of the system design,the system's overall architecture and functional modules were constructed and system design was carried out.And Axure RP software was used to prototype the methanol tank container rail transport safety management system.
