Research On Printing Silk Using Natural Dye Based On Traditional Chinese Color System

With the development of China,the revival of national culture and the establishment of cultural confidence have become more and more important.After gaining a deep understanding of Chinese traditional system,we focuses on the process of printing silk fabrics using natural dyes with eco-friendly auxiliaries.To get prospective in the application of natural dyes,we also made efforts to study the effect of aluminum ion mordant and tannin acid treatment on the printing effect of natural dye silk fabrics.Color eigenvalue and K/S are used as the indicator in the study of the dye in silk fabric monochrome printing and color matching process.the results show the optimum technology condition of printing with Safflower-Yellow、sorghum red pigment、Gardenia blue、chestnut shell.Based on the above date,we can summary the natural dyeing printing process on silk:the original paste 100 g,pigment 1g,the amount of deionized water 40 ml,sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate 4g,citric acid 3g with the condition of steaming temperature at 100 ℃ and steaming time of 20 min.The study found that sorghum red,safflower yellow,gardenia blue could be used as the primary color for spell toeachother to get green,orange,purple hue.The effects of aluminum ion and tannin on the printing effect were studied using fastness and color characteristic values as the main indexes.The results were shown as follows: the optimal process for the treatment of sorghum red,safflower yellow was aluminum ion pre-milled with tannin containing paste;The best process of gardenia blue printed treatment is shown as follows: tannin post-treatment or pre-doped with aluminum ions supplemented with tannin post-processing;The best processsorghum red and safflower yellow spell color printingistannic acid pretreatment;The best process gardenia blue and red Flower yellow spell color printingisaluminum ions in the mordant supplemented with tannic acid pretreatment;The best process sorghum red and gardenia blue spell color printing is shown as follows: aluminum ion pre-dyed with tannin paste printing or tanning paste printing without pretreatment.
