| At present,oil consumption continues to rise in global,and heavy oil reservoir development is got more and more attention.Fire flooding technique is an important method for heavy oil recovery.Fire flooding technology with complex heat transfer and mass transfer process with physical and chemical change.It has the recovery mechanism of steam driving and hot water flooding and flue gas flooding.It is one of the important way to improve oil recovery.The Du-66 heavy oil reservoir in Shuguang oilfield is a typical thin interbed.It has developed with thermal since 1986.After years of steam stimulation,produced degree of recoverable reserves of 80% or more,and has entered the late stage with the development characteristics of "three high and two low".In order to find effective and stable replacement method,the pilot test of fire driving was conducted in 2005 and the significant effect was achieved.In 2011,the oilfield company implemented the scale driving.The gas injector of pilot test area used the general gas injection,and production wells for oil throughputed production way.Affected by factors such as reservoir conditions,development ways,exposed the fire driving having a series of problems,such as with larger differences,large amount of exhaust gas affects normal liftin,widespread injector-producer corrosion phenomena and so on.Therefore,in order to further improve the effect of fire flooding development,laying solid foundation of fire flooding technology,promoting the industrialization process of fire flooding,in the process of production engineering scheme establishment,targeted to carry out the production technology research of key technology.Therefore,this paper aims to solve the problem of Du-66 fire drive development with a lot of theoretical analysis and field testing.Strengthen the improvment of technical measures,enhanced oil recovery on fire flooding stage,slow down production decline,improve the effect of overall reservoir development,and provide reference with other similar oilfield development at home and abroad. |
