| The Progressive Cavity Pump has the characteristics of convenient operation,obvious energy saving effect,less investment,simple equipment structure and strong adaptability,which can effectively reduce the cost of oil recovery and improve the efficiency of oil recovery,making it one of the main mechanical oil production methods in oil fields.Compared with single head single PCP,non cycloid double head single PCP has many advantages,such as large displacement,high efficiency,low energy consumption,and good force condition of rotor.Therefore,non cycloid double head single PCP will be gradually popularized in domestic oil fields.The main working parts are stator and rotor,and meshing performance of stator and rotor line type directly affects the oil recovery efficiency of the PCP,and the linear design of stator and rotor just is the main factor that affects the meshing performance of stator and rotor line type.Therefore,an in-depth theoretical study of the stator and rotor line type of the PCP is conducive to analysis the turning and milling compound machining method of the PCP rotor.In this paper,from the linear theory analysis of the PCP,the deep understanding of the rotor line type of the screw pump is beneficial to the analysis of the forming method of the non cycloid sator and rotor conjugate pair.A straight line was used as a generating line to envelope line style of the rotor by outside rolling envelope method,then rotor line style was used to envelope line style of the stator according to inside rolling envelope method.It analyses linear forming principle of the non cycloidal type single cavity pump stator and rotor from the aspect of geometry and motion to derive the line style(rotor end surface curve)equation of the rotor.It provides a basis for further development and application of all metal PCP to put forward the accurate forming method of the non cycloid type PCP and analysis the related structural parameters of the non cycloid type PCP.Setting up model for stator and rotor of the non cycloid type PCP and designing a new device to turn and mill compound machine rotor of the PCP according to forming method of non cycloid linear conjugate pair.It designs install and fixture as the main parts of the device to achieve specific planetary motion of work piece,which machines a non cycloid rotor by the compound motion of the work piece and the Milling cutter.It is carried out kinematic analysis of the turning and milling compoundmachining rotor of the PCP and no over cutting condition.In addition,this paper analyses the error of the turning and milling compound machining rotor of the PCP,including the error of machining interpolation,the rotation error of the eccentricity sleeve,the residual of the four edge milling cutter at rotation interval.It analyses force of the turning and milling compound machining rotor of the PCP by SW Simulation. |
