Progressing Cavity Pump is a mechanical production equipment widely used in oilfields.Compared with single helix single PCP,double helix single PCP has many advantages,such as large displacement,high efficiency,low energy consumption and good force condition of rotor.It is mainly composed of rubber stator and metal rotor.The stator profile and rotor profile are cycloidal conjugate helical surfaces.Buckling often occurs in the design of stator-rotor isometric profile,which will cause meshing errors and affect the working performance and service life of the PCP.At present,the common processing methods of rotor of PCP also have some limitations,such as low processing efficiency,poor accuracy or complex configuration of processing parameters.Therefore,based on the analysis of the non-cycloidal rotor profile of a double helix single PCP and the motion law of the rotor in the stator,a Turning-Milling machine tool for the non-cycloidal rotor of the oil extraction PCP is developed in this paper.In this paper,the formation of helical surface of double helix single PCP rotor is analyzed,and the profile of rotor section is mainly studied.Based on the theory of PCP profile,the non-cycloidal rotor profile of double helix single PCP is enveloped by using a straight line as the generating line,and the non-cycloidal rotor profile equation is derived.According to the forming principle of non-cycloidal PCP rotor,a Turning-Milling machine tool for PCP rotor is designed.According to the mechanical structure of the PCP rotor Turning-Milling machine tool,the motion of the rotor machine tool is analyzed.Drawing the theoretical and actual rotor contours in Matlab,getting the error distribution law of the rotor cross-section,determining the position of the maximum machining error point of the rotor cross-section and the variation law of the maximum error with the rotational speed;according to the cutting parameters of the end milling cutter,the variation law of the longitudinal feed error with the longitudinal feed speed is obtained,and the longitudinal feed speed without leakage machining is determined.Maximum degree.On this basis,a processing algorithm for non-cycloidal PCP rotors is proposed.The control system of the rotary Turning-Milling machine tool for oil production PCP adopts the control scheme of "PC+motion control card".With PCI-1243 U motion control card as the core and VB6.0 software programming tool as the controlsoftware design,the whole control system is divided into modules,so that the control system can provide the basic motion needed for machining the rotor of PCP.
