In the production of coal mines,mine gas disasters have always been the major factor that threatens the safety in the mining of coal mines.With the continuous development of coal mining technology and equipment,the depth of coal mining is deeper and deeper.Due to the deep gas pressure in mines and the large gas content,the issue of gas over limitation is getting more and more serious.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to solve the problem.Most of the mines at home and abroad have adopted high drainage roadway to pump gas soas to reduce the gas emission from the goaf to the working face and ensure the safe production of coal mining.This article takes the 1805 working face of Wulunshan Coal Mine as the research object,and theoretically analyzes the damage of the overlying stratum of 1805 inflicted by coalmining.Through the calculation of the height of the caving zone,the fractured zone and the coefficient of bulk increase in the transverse three zones,the height of the caving zone,the fractured zone are respectively 9m and 38m.And the obtained coefficient of bulk increase can be used for calculating the permeability and viscous resistance coefficient in the later chpter of the article,and it can also be used for providing parameters for the simulation.The article calculates the gas emission volume of 1805 working face based on the mine site data.With the above theoretical basis,a geometric model is established based on the actual data of the 1805 working face in Wulun Mountain,and the required main parameters and boundary conditions are assigned.With fluent software,the model has been simulated and through comparison of the simulated different effect of the different pumping lanes of the seven different working conditions,the best layout position has been concluded,that is,14m from the floor,20m from the horizontal distance of the return air lane.With regard to the gas overrun of Wushaoshan coal mine's,the 1805 working face adopts high-drainage alleyway and other measures to extract gas.After collecting field data,it can be concluded that high-drainage roadway can effectively extract gas from the gob area and solve the problem.It also solved the problem of the upper limit of the upper corner and ensured the safety of the coal mining work.
