The gas leakage in the coal gasification plant spreads frequently and is highly dangerous.Taking the gasification project of a petrochemical company in Xinjiang as the research object,through the use of the quantitative risk analysis method(QRA),the risk analysis was performed on the closed coal gasification process system,and the risk factors of leakage diffusion and explosion accidents in each process unit were identified and the leakage was calculated.The frequency of unit accidents and the construction of typical accident scenarios based on the results.Using FLACS software to simulate the accident scene and predict the impact scope and severity of the accident in different situations.This study has important reference significance for the related design and planning of the enterprise and the accident emergency treatment The main findings are:(1)Analysis of risk of leak:age and diffusion accidents in coal gasification process systems shows that the risk of leakage and explosion accidents in gasification and synthesis purification systems is the highest;based on the international petrochemical industry accident database,the failure frequency of four types of leakage is calculated The failure frequency of the outgoing equipment is high,and it is necessary to simulate and analyze the accident caused by the failure of the equipment in the leakage unit(2)Simulation of the gas leakage difusion and explosion accident in a closed coal gasification plant:The risk zone formed by the leakage gas increases with the increase of the leakage rate,and the leakage diffusion distance increases gradually;according to the simulation results,the formation of an accident can be confirmed.Combustible region;Explosion Accident Simulation The higher the peak value of the overpressure shock wave formed by the explosion,the greater the area involved in the explosion overpressure;the degree of equipment obstruction has an incentive effect on the overpressure formation.According to the explosion accident simulation results,the maximum disaster distance caused by the explosion can be determined.(3)Analyze the impact of the accident on the public buildings and ODC complexes of the surrounding people-central buildings,analyze the hazards of fire and explosion accidents,and simulate the hazards of jet fire accidents on the man-made buildings under four kinds of leakage rates.The heat radiation intensity of the jet fire caused by large leakage is higher than 6.3kW/m2,the safety evacuation of the personnel in the building is affected by the consequences of the fire;the explosion overpressure caused by the explosion accident at the four leakage rates affects both buildings..According to the results,reasonable protective measures are proposed from the aspects of process safety management and emergency management to prevent accidents and reduce accident risk as much as possible.
