| This paper is based on the technique of IMS to detect plasticizers in white spirits,including the common phthalates of dimethyl phthalate,diethyl phthalate,di-iso-butyl phthalate,Dibutyl phthalate,Di(2-methoxyethyl)phthalate,bis(4-methylpentyl)benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate,bis(2-ethoxyethyl)phthalate,diamyl phthalate,dihexylphthalate,benzyl butyl Phthalate,Bis(2-butoxyethyl)phthalate,dicyclohexyl phthalate,Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,phenyl phthalate,di-n-octyl phthalate and dinonyl(o-)phthalate.The experimental parameters were optimized by changing the proportion of ethanol and water in the solvent.The separation and detection of the 5 drugs were completed in the positive ion mode of 20 ms.14 kinds of phthalates have good linear relationship in their respective mass concentration range,and the correlation coefficient is more than 0.99.The detection limit of each phthalate two formate was limited:DMP(0.11 mg/L),DEP(0.09 mg/L),DMEP(0.22 mg/L),DBP(0.09 mg/L),DIBP(0.17 mg/L),DPHP(0.12mg/L),DEEP(0.12 mg/L),BBP(0.36 mg/L),DPP(0.17 mg/L),DCHP(0.18 mg/L),BMPP(0.23 mg/L),DNHP(0.18 mg/L),DBMP(0.29 mg/L),DEHP(0.08 mg/L).The average recovery rate for each substance:93.72%~120.29%.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)is less than 7.66%.Based on the pretreatment method of boiling water bath evaporation,14 common plasticizer GC-MS detection methods were established.As a more mature detection method,GC-MS has high sensitivity to components,good separation,low detection limit(0.05 mg/L),good accuracy and reproducibility.Therefore,this paper is used as a method to verify the results of IMS detection.3 kinds of white spirits collected on the market were tested and compared with the results of GC-MSandIMS.The two methods all detected DMP,DIBP,DBP and DEHP from one sample,and the relative error of the two methods was<5%.However,the IMS method is fast and accurate,and the cost of the laboratory is low.It can be applied to the rapid detection of plasticizer in liquor. |
