With the rapid development of the industrial level,various industries have put forward higher requirements on the performance and quality of the parts.The traditional processing technology can not meet requirements or the cost is too high.Therefore,the emerging hydroforming technology has become the main trend of the current sheet metal processing.In recent years,the development of sealing technology,ultra-high pressure technology and automatic control technology make sheet hydroforming technology which received people's attention,maturing day by day.Fluid cell forming technology is a branch of hydroforming.Although some company can produce the equipment,there is still little research on the theory of its technology,the theory still need to be supplemented.In this paper,fluid cell forming technology and equipment was researched,the history of technology development and research status was learned.the forming performance of fluid cell forming process was clarified.Then,a numerical simulation model was established.By combining the plastic constitutive theory of metal and hyperelastic material model theory,a new theoretical model of carbon steel and rubber was established,and the corresponding experimental curves were obtained through the test of mechanical properties to be used to fit the constitutive model of the material.Finally,the theory of fluid cell forming process was explored with box shaped parts,and the impact of the forming parameters are studied in detail.First of all,the fluid cell forming processing device was designed,and the structure of the device was statically analyzed and verified by finite element method,so the optimization idea of the device's optimization was given.Then,theory model was established and the criteria for evaluating the forming result from different aspects such as stress,strain,thickness and Forming Limit Diagrams are given.Finally,according to the different forming results,the impact of forming parameters from all aspects was analyzed,through the control of single-variable method and orthogonal test.The parameters are optimized and the suitable forming parameters are obtained,which can provide numerical reference for actual production and processing.
