With the continuous development of China's urbanization process and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the increase of private cars leads to more and more serious urban traffic congestion.Urban rail transit plays an increasingly important role in easing traffic pressure with its advantages of large traffic volume,high commercial value,fast speed,safety and comfort,punctuality and no delay,and green environmental protection.Therefore,as the main force to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion,it has developed rapidly.In order to ensure the durability of urban rail transit,the traditional trench construction technology has been unable to meet the requirements.Embedded tunnel construction technology can make up for the deficiency of traditional tunnel construction technology and becomes the trend of tunnel construction technology.In this paper,the theory of embedded groove roll bending is firstly studied,including elastoplastic bending theory of profile,stress and strain analysis of roll bending process,mathematic model establishment of groove profile roll bending process and theoretical analysis of roll bending springback.Abaqus software was used to simulate the roll bending process of channel profiles,and a three-dimensional finite element model of the roll bending process of channel profiles was established.The roll bending process was simulated and the simulation results were analyzed.Using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental verification method,by looking at the domestic and foreign literature study of roller bend forming process,and establish the asymmetrical 3-roller rolls,profile bending process simulation model,using ABAQUS software to groove profile roller bend forming process simulation,analysis of the process parameters,optimization of process parameters,using engineering experiment to validate and further optimization of forming process parameters.The final conclusion is as follows:(1)In the bending deformation of embedded groove roll,the maximum deformation occurs in the upper right Angle area where the upper roller contacts with the parts.(2)In the bending deformation of embedded groove roll,the maximum force occurs in the upper right Angle area where the upper roller and parts contact.(3)The maximum principal stress and principal strain of the embedded channel appear in the upper right Angle region.(4)In the bending deformation of embedded groove roll,the lower pressure is kept at 0.5mm-1.5mm,which is more appropriate.The research results of this paper provide a certain reference and theoretical basis for the control of embedded groove roll bending quality and curvature accuracy,further provides the corresponding experience and reference for the subsequent theory and case analysis...
