In recent years,with the development of economy and the enhancement of industrialization,people have enjoyed high-tech living and brought themselves to the problem of water pollution,which directly affects human health.The Beizhen City Youzhou Sewage Treatment Plant has been responsible for the treatment of Beizhen City's sewage since its completion in 2009.Most of the effluent indicators basically meet the <City&Towns sewage treatment plant pollutants emission standard> grade I A(GB18918-2002),but there is a clear gap between other indicators.With the advancement of national ecological civilization construction and related policies,China's environmental protection agencies have repeatedly strengthened the related management and sanctions systems for relevant water plants and strictly controlled the discharge of water from the water plants to meet the standards.In this paper,the current situation of domestic and foreign sewage treatment,the analysis of the feasibility of the Beizhen City Youzhou Sewage Treatment Plant project transformation project.1.The current situation and treatment process of Youzhou Sewage Treatment Plant were introduced and explained in detail.The actual water intake and actual water quality of the sewage treatment plant were tested and analyzed.2.Carefully discuss the feasibility and necessity of upgrading the project of the Youzhou sewage treatment plant.(1)Feasibility: From the existing conditions of technical process,personnel,funds,etc.in Youzhou Sewage Treatment Plant,explain the feasibility of the proposed project.(2)Necessity: Sustainability of economic development,social development and the needs of people's lives,and the feasibility of technical processes have been continuously improved,which is in full compliance with the requirements of the China Sewage Treatment Plant to raise the bid and upgrade project.3.Through the analysis of the project of upgrading the sewage treatment plant,and analyzing the factors affecting the engineering transformation.It is determined that the reforming process of the proposed standard is a carbon source injection processing technology,and a new sodium acetate dosage area is built;the existing biochemical pool is modified,the original anaerobic area is partially adjusted to an anoxic area,and at the same time,an additional packing is added in the aerobic area,and a deodorizing system is added;Advanced treatment process includes: coagulation and sedimentation process,filtration process,activated carbon process,etc.,and analysis and comparison;determine the best solution for high density sedimentation + fiber turntable filter method as the advanced treatment process for the upgrade project of Youzhou Sewage Treatment Plant.Practical at the same time meet the first-class A standard.4.After the implementation of the upgrading project of the Youzhou Sewage Treatment Plant,the environmental protection,energy conservation,and social,environmental,and economic benefits generated will surely play an important role in the economic,cultural,and people's lives in the region,and at the same time enhance the People's standard of living.Finally,this thesis makes suggestions and prospects for the problems still to be solved.Only by consummating relevant processes such as sewage discharge and implementing the sustainable development policy can we achieve the goal of protecting water resources.
