| The rapid development of science and technology in recent years has led to the development of the national economy and the rejuvenation of the national industry.Among the numerous industries,petrochemical enterprises occupy a very important position in the national economy.The products of petrochemical enterprises are the source of many industrial raw materials.Therefore,petrochemical enterprises also belong to basic industries.In the course of development,petrochemical companies also bring about some environmental problems.In addition to the discharge of pollutants in the production and operation process,petrochemical enterprises still have some potential hazards,and they have some harm to the petrochemical companies and their personnel.According to reports in recent years,among the numerous accidents that occurred in petrochemical enterprises,the accident rate in the tank area was the highest.Therefore,the risks in the tank area were selected for analysis.This paper mainly analyzes the tank area of a petrochemical enterprise.The substance in the tank in the tank area is a hazardous chemical.The six tank areas in the petrochemical enterprise are all major sources of risk.In this paper,through the method of accident tree analysis,combined with years of statistical data at home and abroad,it can be concluded that the main safety hazards in the tank area risk accidents are oil and gas leakage,poor ventilation,and spark-like fire sources.Due to the large number of designed tank areas and complex materials in the plant area,risk assessments were conducted under representative and most unfavorable conditions.According to domestic and foreign research,the prediction models of smoke groups,pool fire models,and steam cloud explosion models were used to predict the explosion of benzene,CO,gasoline pool fire,and liquefied gas vapor cloud,and the impact on the environment under different meteorological conditions was analyzed.This paper uses RiskySystem software to make predictions.The impact of the risk in the tank area is mainly reflected in the influence of the atmospheric environment.By comparing the semi-lethal concentration range,the damage threshold concentration range,the short-time exposure allowable concentration range,the death radius,the property loss radius,etc.,it can be inferred that the personnel should be evacuated after the accident.The closest distance to minimize harm to the human body.Based on the calculation of the environmental risk value,it can be concluded that the risk level of the tank area is acceptable.At present,domestic petrochemical enterprises will construct a sewage treatment plant and a corresponding accident tank/water tank within the plant area in the plant area.The final accidental wastewater will enter the park’s sewage treatment plant for disposal.Therefore,companies should focus on internal prevention and control to understand the potential hazards of the plant and take appropriate preventive and control measures.According to the actual situation of the risk in the petrochemical enterprise tank area,certain protective measures must be taken for the tank area to reduce the losses caused by the risk accident. |
