A Supply Problem Research On Environmental Protection Public Products In City Communities

As Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the major social contradictions in China have transformed,and the Party attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection.Meanwhile,the living standard of urban residents has continued to increase,which makes the demand for residents to the community environment not only livability,but flexibility.The problem of urban environmental protection and the environmental pollution caused by the community has aroused the close attention and the concern of the residents.Community virescence and landscape,garbage classification,pollution monitoring facilities and environmental policy publicity have been deeply rooted among people,and the quality of the community is directly related to the environmental quality and the quality of life of the community.Therefore,optimizing and improving the effective supply of environmental protection public products in urban communities can not only meet the urgent needs of community residents,but also help to improve the quality of life of the community residents and promote the construction of ecological and environmental protection.Based on the above background,under the method of case study,combined with the method of questionnaire and interview as well as the satisfaction survey of the X community,this article is supported by the product theory,the multi-centered theory and the stakeholder theory to carry out a thorough investigation to obtain the first-hand data on the community residents’ satisfaction with the community environmental protection public products.First,the guiding ideology,guiding principles,main tasks and goals of China’s urban community environmental protection public products supply are summarized from idealism.Then,according to the data obtained from field research,the provider and satisfaction of the X community are analyzed,from which the actual situation of urban community in the supply of environmental public products in China can be analyzed.Therefrom,idealism direction should be contrasted,and draw lessons from the development model of the foreign community in the supply of environmental public products,the outstanding problems and reasons of the current X community in the supply of environmental public products can be found out,including the asymmetry of the supply and demand of the community environmental protection public products,the low degree of diversification of the supply subject,and the lack of flexibility of the supply subject and the weakness of the function of voluntary supply,etc..Through comparative analysis,it is believed that the supply of environmental protection public products in urban communities should be diversified in this paper,which needs the cooperation of three parties---the government and the market and the society mobilize the participation of communities,residents and non-profit organizations,strengthening the concept of synchronizing the supply and demand of environmental public products,improving the quality of environmental protection public products,changing the way of providing environmental public products,improving the supply efficiency of environmental public products,broadening the supply space of voluntary organizations in environmental public products so as to optimize and improve the multi-effective supply of urban environmental protection public products and the living environment of the community as well as the satisfaction and happiness of community residents.
