Taking the wastewater from the production of folic acid intermediates in a fine chemical company of Jiangxi as an example,we used Fe-C micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidation to pretreatment the organic waste water.The optimum conditions were determined by experimental research,and then applied to the practical engineering.The pretreatment wastewater was effectively treated by UASB,hydrolysis acidification,A/O and BIOFOR filter.We used Fenton oxidation to pretreatment the high salt concentration of annular wastewater.In the experimental study,the removal rate of COD was 35%,the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen was 12%,30%hydrogen peroxide dosage was 2.0mL/L,ferrous sulfate dosage was 4.0g/L.In the practical operation,the COD removal rate was 31.4%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 11%.We used Fe-C micro electrolysis and Fenton oxidation to pre-treatment the low salt high concentration of annular wastewater.In the experimental study,the removal rate of COD was 56.2%,the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen was 20.4%.Iron power dosage was 4.0g/L;Carbon power dosage was 2.0g/L;hydrogen peroxide dosage was 1.5m L/L,ferrous sulfate dosage was 2.5g/L.In the practical operation,the COD removal rate was 54.4%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 19.2%.By starting and debugging the whole processing technology,we studied the operating conditions and parameters of each process unit.The operation results showed that:?1?During the start-up period of UASB reactor inoculation sludge,the influent COD was controlled at 10002000mg/L,and the volumetric load was controlled at 0.20.5kgCOD/?m3.d?.When the COD removal rate reached 80%,the load improved to 3.2kgCOD/?m3.d?by several times.During the stable operation,the influent COD was7456 mg/L,the removal rate of COD remained in the range of8085%;?2?Duing the A/O pool debugging,the influent COD was 2270mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen was 190mg/L.The removal rates of COD and ammonia were about 70%and 70%;?3?during the debugging of BIOFOR filter,the removal rate of COD was 55%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate is above 60%.During the stable operation of BIOFOR filter,The COD removal was50%60%,the NH3-N removal was over 50%.The influent COD was 260325mg/L,the NH3-N was 2025mg/L.After the stable operation of the whole system,the wastewater was treated by hydrolytic acidification+A/O+BIOFOR filter.The final effluent COD was 300mg/L,the removal rate reached 90.7%;The ammonia nitrogen was 20mg/L,the removal rate was 91%,and the effluent quality was stable,which reached the standard of the sewage treatment plant in the park.The operation cost of the combined process for the production of folic acid intermediates was 17.21 yuan/ton water,which has good application value in the treatment of similar wastewater.
