At present,coal-fired power generation accounts for about 70%of the total power generation in China.However,with the popularity of flue gas denitrification plants in power plants,the catalyst in the denitrification plant contains alum and is also a kind of catalyst for sulfur dioxide.The concentration of sulfur trioxide in the gas is increased.Sulfur trioxide causes the corrosion of equipment and the harm to human life,but also lead to blockage of the air preheater,this is a new problem,so the control technology research of sulfur trioxide in coal-fired power plant is imminent.At the same time,anthropogenic emissions of mercury are also mainly from coal-fired power plants.Mercury pollution can also cause great harm to the environment and human life.Therefore,mercury emission also needs corresponding control technology.Studies have shown that the removal of mercury by the power plant fly ash has a good effect.Therefore,on this basis,the text use the bromination modified method to study the adsorption of sulfur trioxide by modified fly ash,hoping to achieve the joint removal effect.First through the preliminary treatment of the power plant fly ash with brominated modification.The immobilized bed adsorption experiment device was used to study the adsorption properties of modified fly ash.The microstructure and stability of fly ash samples were investigated by means of surface area analyzer,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetry and ion chromatography.The results show that the modified fly ash adsorption efficiency of sulfur trioxide is about 70%-90%.With the adsorption time increases,the adsorption efficiency increases first and then decrease.Changing the adsorption temperature,the adsorption efficiency will change with the temperature of the first increase and then decrease,and reaching the maximum at 200 ? and 300 ?.Improving the modified concentration,the adsorption efficiency is not improved,but will play a hindrance role.The ammonium bromide modified fly ash adsorption efficiency of mercury in the case of not mixed with sulfur trioxide than when mixed with about 20%higher,indicating the sulfur trioxide adsorption plays a dominant role,and have inhibitory effect to mercury adsorption.Ammonium bromide modified fly ash has good thermal stability,which can be used to engineering practice.
