| Mass Customization production mode has the similar cost and speed with Mass Production,and it can provide products and services what is personalized requirements of customers or market diversity.It conforms to the market competition environment of furniture products.So,it is the inevitable developmental trend of furniture enterprise.Aiming at the implementation of Mass Customization for furniture products,this paper takes sofa products as the specific research object,and makes a thorough research and realization of it’s implementation strategy.The main work is as follows:First of all,aiming at the processing strategy for customer requirements information,because the customer requirements data is more and more heterogeneous,it is difficult for management and utilization,a clustering method of customer requirement information for Mass Customization is proposed in this paper,which is based on the fuzzy clustering method of mathematics.Classifying the customer requirement data according to the similarity of requirement attributes.And object oriented frame representation is put forward as a data structure for the storage of customer requirement class,which realizes to do product development and data storage based on the whole class.Secondly,aiming at the design strategy for Product Family,on the basis of data statistics and analysis of furniture products,the modularization of furniture products and the methods of module coding and classification are put forward.In view of the defect that the traditional method of House of Quality is difficult to meet the customer’s differential requirement in the product family design of Mass Customization,this paper has improved the House of Quality.Through the improved house of quality,the mapping of customer requirement data to engineering technical characteristics and engineering technical characteristics to the features of the entity parts is completed.In this paper,the index of entity variation and index of entity importance are introduced to determine the key index of entity components,and the Product Family Platform is constructed according to the key degree of entity components.In combination with the specific customer requirements and the actual development process,the design of each segment product in the Product Family is completed.And then,aiming at the strategy for setting up the supply chain of Agile Manufacturing,and the deficiency of initial information of traditional ant colony algorithm,this paper constructs a mathematical model for the establishment of the agile manufacturing supply chain,and analysis the characteristics of traditional ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm,improved the traditional ant colony algorithm from five aspects: introduced the population initialization of genetic algorithm,set initial value for pheromones,introduced the path selection policy,set the value of ρ,introduced the Cross-variation of genetic algorithm.Applied the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the problem of the establishment for the agile manufacturing supply chain,efficiency and accuracy of the improved ant colony algorithm is verified through this algorithm examples.In the end,because the Mass Customization of furniture products has a strong dependent on enterprise existing resources and computer technology,in this paper,prototype design and implementation is completed for management system of furniture products mass customization.This system provides a rapid data search,computing,and result presentation platform for the implementation of furniture products mass customization. |
