In the oil field exploration,the main objective is that detecting the oil and gas content in the underground accurately and quickly,but it is difficult to achieve it with existing exploration technology.So the research of oil and gas content detection devices that combined with detection technology and drilling technology in oil and gas fields have been carried out by oilfield technical service companies at home and abroad.Presently,the underground oil and gas detection devices are not common,so it is urgent to study new technologies.At the same time,it takes a lot of human and financial resources to develop and manufacture products,and its working environment is extremely hostile an risk.So a downhole oil and gas detection virtual simulation system has been created vai computer and related technology,it is used to simulate the whole process,evaluation of underground oil and gas detection device performance,improve the structure design and promote the development of new technology.Therefore,the gas tester with drilling has been reseached,including the design of the whole structure of gas tester with drilling,using visualization software to simulation,using programming software designs human-machine interface and displays simulation workflow.Firstly,according to the parameters and design requirements of the drill gas tester,the general scheme of the system is proposed.The basic workflow of the drill gas tester is defined.The visualization technology of the drill gas tester is analyzed and the overall scheme of three dimensional visualization is defined.Secondly,according to the design method and principle of hydraulic integration block,the principle of the drill gas tester is explained and the structure of each module is designed in detail.Physical simulation and experimental research are established for some of the modules,and three dimensional modeling software is used for three dimensional modeling.Then,according to the overall scheme of three dimensional visualization,3DVIA Composer processing software is used to visualize processing of three dimensional model,including the three dimensional model visualization pretreatment,layout module three dimensional visualization method of pumping,and output in the form of animation.Finally,the key technology of the gas tester with drilling that three dimensional dynamic display is studied,an overall framework of three dimensional dynamic display system is put forward,and three dimensional dynamic system is designed,and the three dimensional model and animation stored in the human-computer interaction interface and output by web interface programming software.
